My complaint:
I was lied to about the difference with cashing my check at TCF Bank and depositing it the lady told me that I would have my money in a couple hours if it was deposited on a Saturday it is now Wednesday and they said it would take two days to process my check even though Martin Luther King Day so it should be technically here by the end of the day and when I called in they told me it won’t be available till Friday now that to me is six out of seven days for me to get my check cleared to get my money when I could have just cashed it
Suggested solution:
They should resolve my complaint with upholding 24 hours after it being deposited on the next business day and not hold my money for 5 days I would like to take my money and go to another bank
