My complaint:
I call (612-341-0206) to get my balance, pending checks cashed. Has always worked I do it every day. They send me to customer service (instead of what I’m calling for) they have no idea of what I’m talking about. VERY FRUSTRATING! Plus, I have an awful time understanding them at customer service. Their English is poor THAT IS VERY FRUSTRATING ALSO!!! Called my daughter (has a TCF acct.), She tried her acct. had no problems. Have reported it three times now, to no avail! PLEASE GET IT FIXED, PLEASE.
