My complaint:

I sent a payment to my credit card March 22nd 2021. The payment was scheduled for March 26th and it said that the payment had been processed. At that time my account had more than enough money to make the payment. For some reason at TCF didn’t actually pull the money even though it said it had been processed until April 5th 2021 at which time I did not have adequate funds for the payment. Just resulted in unnecessary overdraft and this has happened multiple times with TCF.

Suggested solution:

Reverse my bogus overdraft charges and credit my account the money that should rightfully still be there.
