My complaint:

I ordered this item and when I received it I was not happy with the quality of the product. I created a return with ref MRRN-SVP79-6WBA which was declined and item sent back to me with reason that it was missing an av cable. I took pictures of the content of the box as well as the items included in the box to show that there never was an av cable included in the first place. Spoke to Leletu G with ref 3529852 on the 16th of August who arranged for the item to be recollected from me(which was collected on the 17th of August) by your Logistics team. Since then, no 1. I no longer have the item in my possession, no 2. I have not received my money back. I have raised this issue so many times with your call centre via phone, via email, via Twitter and even have gone onto Hello Peter. It seems beyond your call centers ability to resolve.
