My complaint:

(MRRN-YRAm9GMJR)I ordered a babydoll and paid R815 the doll was defective. Takealot collected and refunded me only R615. When I queried the difference the gave me a voucher for R150.00 I then tried to use t he voucher and the system said it was expired. I again contacted them and was told that the voucher would be reissued. So they issue me a voucher in February that expires in January –WHAT A JOKE!!

I am still waiting………………. On the last contact I WAS TILD that the voucher was used on an order in November??? I would like to know why my credit was for less???

Various emails thereafter have not been responded to. A bigger joke is that they offering a R2000 voucher for a good review. I would like my credit please!!!!!!!!!!!
