Takealot.com complaint: Non Delivery of the purchased Items

My complaint:

Takealot was supposed to deliver my order on the 09 March between 08:00 and 17:00. The delivery never happened but the system claims that recipient was unavailable.
On the same day later, we contacted Takealot to refute the claims that recipient was unavailable and requested that the driver calls us before delivery to our availability. Takealot agreed to this arrangement and promised that prior to a delivery to be rescheduled for the 11 March 2022, a driver will contact us on the cellphone number provided.
On the 11 March 2022, the delivery NEVER happened. Once again, the delivery was cancelled due to recipient being unavailable. Takealot system cancelled the order and effected the refund without engaging with us the clients.
On Saturday the 12 March 2022, a query was logged with customer centre of Takealot though email and telephone call at around 15:00 but we were advised that there is nothing they can do to assist us since the system has automatically cancelled the order and refund was effected. We were informed that anyway, the supplier has no stock of those items.
We informed the call center agent that the stock is there but the price of the same product has since doubled which is very strange.

Suggested solution:

Reinstate the order and deliver the ordered product at the same price initially paid.
