My complaint:
Takealot kept on bombarding me with ads to subscribe to TakealotMORE as I would receive many benefits including a 10% off coupon. I did this and yet I did not recieve my coupon. Ever since, I’ve been complaining to Takealot about how unfair it is that I subscribed but did not receive what was promised. I just get told to be patient we are resolving your query yet it is taking them days to resolve a simple matter. I uploaded proof showing that I did not recieve a coupon. All they have to do is issue me a coupon and they can continue their investigation as to why it did now show up for me. But no they choose to be difficult and inconsiderate. Half the items I wanted in the first place are now sold out. The customer service is truly pathetic as everytime you ask someone what is happening they say oh we don’t know it’s not our department
Suggested solution:
They should issue me with my coupon code and then continue with their investigation. It's very obvious I did not recieve my code as I emailed ever since I did not get it and uploaded evidence showing that I did not get it.
