My complaint:
I bought my husband a new braai for our 10-year anniversary. It got delivered on our anniversary and had missing parts. I called Takealot for a quicker resolution than their normal return process. They did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation quicker or to give me something for the inconvenience. I hope Amazon sinks Takealot next year!
