Taco Bell complaint: order wrong

My complaint:

The last 4 times I have ordered by the app they have did my order wrong. Once, yeah ok, twice…I’ll let it slide, 3 ticked, again today – ridiculous. I always order the Doritoes Locos Taco Supreme!! Last 4 times I was given just a regular one not a supreme. One of them I added sour cream on the side to a Mexican pizza and didn’t get it. Today one of my gimme’s was a choice of different things and I chose the cinnamon twists. Didn’t get them at all today. I have limited time on lunch and do not have time to go back to get correct items. They need to read the order completely and take the time to do it correctly. Cause 4 times in a row of getting a Doritoes Locos Taco instead of the supreme is ridiculous. I’d ask if they are hard up for money to switch me out for the lower priced item or not giving me things that I had to pay extra for ….but I know the line for that place is always long.

Suggested solution:

They need to take the time to complete orders as they are ordered not just partially read and grab which is what I suspect they are doing. Do what you want for me to resolve but as of right now I am not sure when I will go back. I order at least once a week online. Ripping me off over and over is not making me all warm and fuzzy.
