Taco Bell complaint: Poor customer service

My complaint:

I have had a lot of trouble with this particular location. They seem to be the only ones still giving your food to you in a big bucket and more times than none I do not receive a straw for my drink. Yesterday me and a friend ordered from the drive thru for lunch and she ordered a power bowl. She did not receive a fork, I did not receive a straw for my drink and the tacos weren’t even wrapped, it had been wrapped very poorly. Again this is just one episode. It seems it’s always a problem at this location.

Suggested solution:

Try to be a little more friendly and more focused on what the customer needs. I understand there is a pandemic, but you can't treat the customers like they have the plague. They shouldn't argue with the customer and be snide
