My complaint:
I went by Taco Bell on Buena Vista Rd. yesterday they advised me they couldn’t take orders do to there system being down, This meant I had to go out of my way to place an order at another taco bell. Well today on the 3,of may I decided to go to the Buena Vista Rd, location again, How is this possible that they tell me the same thing again. This really kind of made me somewhat upset, I feel something like this should not happen, I mean this is fast food. Furthermore my daughter worked at this location and she told me their system is not down, the problem is they don’t have enough people working. Now I understand things happen but not having enough workers shouldn’t happen.
Suggested solution:
Just fix what is wrong because not being able to order is a Big inconvenience
