My complaint:
My husband and I booked our trip with Swoop Airlines for the first time from Hamilton to Jamaica departing March 21, 2020 . We had to cancel due to the government mandate requesting all Canadian citizens to NOT travel due to , the spread of COVID19. Once I finally got through to Swoop to request a refund, the representative advised that they have changed there policy to eliminate the refund option and we will only receive a credit for future travel. I do not think this is fair as I lost my job due to COVID19. Please review and fulfill my request for FULL REFUND in the amount of $1025.00.
