My complaint:
I had a very important flight booked to fly out of Abbotsford on April 17th and back on the 20th. I checked my flight today and it now says I’m flying out on the 19th and back on the 23rd!? I am going on the dates I chose for a reason. I was not even emailed about the change. I’ve been sitting waiting for an agent for over three hours now. I’m very angry. I paid for Modifly and seat upgrades.
Suggested solution:
I want to fly out and back on the dates I booked. if they can't get me there I want them to pay WestJet to get me there.
