Swoop Airlines complaint: Nurses refused refund despite denied vacation time.

My complaint:

I booked flights from Edmonton to Puerto Vallarta for my niece and her friend (both nurses) to visit in Mexico Feb 25 – Mar 4. Both have been denied vacation time, but Swoop refused to refund nor provide credit despite 4 weeks notice pre-departure. Tried cancelling online and via a Swoop representative via phone; denied refund and credit. They did offer modi fly which means the change fees would amount to $150 per person per direction $600. The total cost was $964. I asked to transfer tickets to 2 other people, but was denied.

Suggested solution:

I would expect a credit voucher for $964 for travel within 24 months or a change in traveller names without cost so our family members could use the ticket.
