Swoop Airlines complaint: Denied to load all passengers

My complaint:

I was about to travel to Hamilton from Winnipeg on 31st jan along with my wife, son, mother and father. We were all together 5 people. The flight timing was 3:30pm. We reached the airport at 1:30pm and we stood in line for check in bags and to get my boarding passes. Their was only one person who was doing the check in for passengers which results into delays. It was 3:10pm and we were still in the line. Then my wife approached to concerned employee to check in for us. Then we get to know there were another 12 people who were waiting in line for Hamilton. So Swoop left us all behind at the airport. Afterwards even the supervisor admitted that swoop people were responsible for whole scenario.
So all this harassment resulted into great loss for my whole family. My wife couldnt joint her job. I also missed day from my job as well.On top of that i had to take hotel that night at Winnipeg. I had another booking at Hamilton which i missed on 31st.We all faced big time of harassment and frustration during this whole scenario.this cancelation of flight resulted into my loss of almost more than $1500. We all are badly pissed of with the service of Swoop Airlines.
I really expect Swoop to understand my problem and loss which i faced that day. We all want Swoop Airlines to compensate me for my loss.
I hope to get the favorable decision from your end.
