My complaint:
I line up .. then I go in counter she keep say I’m interrupt she talking to other staff
And she give me hard time
And I got charge carry bag
Which I can put in the sample
And manager Emilia
What the service counter name
She also don’t want give her name to me they speak Spanish maybne asknher don’t want give the service lady name to me
She say squeeze my bag in .. and say my size bag is big
My bag is soft no too big
I will never choice you airline again
I feel no happy

I need my money back for $96.00 bag carry in fee Canadian
