My complaint:
The rep was not friendly at all didn’t listen to my answers
We didn’t receive extra chalet sauce, I asked for chicken club wrap no bacon that was not fulfilled either
Waste of $30.00 -20.00 was used with my scene points and that was also a waste of my points.
Beyond disappointed with the customer rep I was frustrated as she didn’t know how points worked but yet still was polite she didn’t even thank me and didn’t say bye and ended the call.
Suggested solution:
I honestly don’t care probably will not waste money on Swiss chalet again
