My complaint:
Friday Oct. 3/2023
Went for dinner , had appointment after , lots of time for supper ( we thought) waited to be served, order taken finally , then waited over One Hour for dinner to come to table, had to quickly eat and run for appointment , not an enjoyable experience, looking around the restaurant not a lot of happy people , strangers all talking to each other on how long they have been waiting , one elderly couple 1 1/2 hours.
We were told take out has priority!!!!
I will not return now knowing what I might experience next time.
Suggested solution:
Not keeping people waiting so long, maybe should tell people service is slow, then they can decided to leave or stay knowing situation, but accepting them and taking them to their table , giving them a menu and they sit and sit and sit , no consideration of what they have planned around their evenings is not right !!!!!!!
