My complaint:

My husband and I were at Swiss chalet were seated and our waitress came over, we ordered 2pepsi and my husband had a cup of soup. We then ordered our food it was 5:20 at6:20 no food every other table was served and had there food.I stopped our waiter and she told me it was because of the takeout but apparently it was just us. I waited another 10 minutes and then asked for the bill and told her to cancel our order. The staff manager came out and apologized and told us we didn’t have to pay and asked if we wanted to take our order home we did and we still didn’t get what we ordered. I am very disappointed and don’t know if I will go back.

Suggested solution:

Just don’t let it happen to anyone else.
