My complaint:
Tried 3 times to order today from Swiss Chalet
First online, couldn’t get it to send!
Called first girl didn’t know where our city was, couldn’t figure it out
So transferred me to another girl who took order but wouldn’t
Take coupons because they were for dine in only! I’ve never experienced this before !
The coupon says 2 can dine! Is that not eating, at home or at restaurant.
Last time we picked up the girl said I don’t need coupons!
Get you act together. We order Italian from Pizza Villa, glad you can turn away a 50. Order
Suggested solution:
Have people in our city take the order!
Why couldn’t we use coupon!
