Swiss Chalet complaint: Very poor service

My complaint:

Dining in. Waited 45 min. for our food. Ordered Thanksgiving feast. When it arrived in a paper bag, there were:
– no cutlery
– no ketchup
– no salt and pepper
– no napkins
– no bun
– no cranberries
– no chocolate.

I went up 3 different times to get things we were missing. Still no cranberries or bun. The waitress was up selling this feature, didn’t resemble anything like the advertised picture.
I asked to speak to the manager, Deb. She came out, not wearing a mask.
She told me it is because of COVID that times have changed. The young cook was wearing his mask UNDER his nose.
Very unprofessional. When I arrived, I was asked to show my proof of COVID vaccine and ID, when my husband was asked, he was looking through his phone for a picture of his vaccination. Apparently, he was taking too long, the young waitress said, never mind, you’re good. We are still in a pandemic!! Everyone needs to be diligent checking immunization status.

Suggested solution:

- thoroughly check COVID vaccine status
- everyone wear a mask
- if you order a meal, everything should be included.
- if you are eating in, why is everything is individual containers and handed to you in a paperbag?
