Swiss Chalet complaint: undercooked food and items missing

My complaint:

We ordered online and went and picked up order at 605pm. when I got the order home it was 615pm. the order was cold the chicken was undercooked and items were missing from order. We tried to call the store 15 times and 14 times we were hung up on . When we finally talked to someone we were told that in order to get refund we had to come to store which we did. at that time I asked for the manager and was told that there was no one that was a supervisor or manager present. I asked that a manager be brought into this issue at which point the girl that was trying to deal with this called her boss twice and I was told by a voice that :not to give anything: I will be calling my laywer and the local board of health to see what further action can be taken.

Suggested solution:

not sure but it should be refunded for order and apology in writing is in order
