My complaint:
I ordered Swiss Chalet on December 11th- Why is it that the driver does not go up in the elevator
to my door to deliver my order? Why do the Chinese restaurants the pizza places deliver to my door? Just because you live in an apartment does not mean you should go down to the lobby to pick up your order- This is their job! Then they get mad when you don’t offer them a tip! Delivering to your door means just that! Then they have the nerve to expect a tip! Do your job!
Suggested solution:
I think a free quarter chicken dinner would be good!
