My complaint:
My wife and I visited Swiss chalet in Huntsville, Ontario. We waited at the front waiting to be seated area for 10 minutes. There was only one other couple in the entire restaurant and they were paying thier bill. The manager then approached us and stated that we would have to leave as he was giving employees a break time.
This was at 1:30 pm and we had traveled a distance to have the festive meal. We are seniors and can’t grasp what this guy was doing, again the place was empty. He was abnoxious and rude. Can’t understand, break from what?
