My complaint:

We were a party of seven with two children. Arrived at 6:30 with four other tables busy. We were seated in the very back corner, very uncomfortable getting in and out.
Got menus and 7;00. Drinks brought with 7 perogies. My son went up to the front to ask for two children’s menus as they forgot. He said there was lots of yelling to be heard from the kitchen.
8:00 our first two dinners appeared and left with no cutlery given. Another 15 minutes and the rest of the dinners arrive. We had to ask for cutlery. Waited again for the last kid’s meal and it finally came but with fries instead of mashed potatoes.
Worst part, the chicken was under cooked (not very safe) and it even had grill marks on it like they tried cooking it at Harvey’s.
We waited another 20 minutes for the kid’s desert. How long does it take to make 2 sundaes?? A total disaster all around and a very upsetting time for the whole family.

Suggested solution:

recheck quality of staffing. By the way the waitress 'Grace seemed new and tried her best with NO help from anyone else.
