My complaint:
Arrived at Swiss Chalet on Oct 222022
Greeted by staff and was advised of a long list of items that they were out of, from ginger ale to spring rolls as well as many other items.
We were seated and waited 20 minutes for a server. Placed our orders 20 mins later food arrived, plate was warm however food was cold. I asked for it to be warmed up, but the greeter advised she could not take it to the kitchen as she was not allowed to handle food. Waited another 10 mins for a server whom to the plate back to the kitchen and replaced all food items.
This place is lacking staff and lacking food products. Last time I go there.
Suggested solution:
Close the store, shut it down.
