My complaint:
After ordering for curbside pickup I called to ask for a menu. Tried 4 times, but no answer. Arrived at store to have them bring my prepaid order out and still no answer. I use this service as I have limited mobility. Waited and tried calling their number continuously for 15 minutes. Still nothing. I got out of my car (a major chore) and went into the pick-up store. After a 6 or 7 minute wait a girl came to the counter asked my name and brought my order in a large brown paper bag. As I rely on a cane in my left hand, I tried to pick up the bag in my right hand. It ripped. The girl kindly offered to carry it to my car and I accepted. She said they were busy and that’s why the phone wasn’t answered. I asked for a bag with a handle as I could only carry in one hand. she said she was sorry but had none. I thanked her and left frustrated. As i struggled to carry the bag into my apt., it fell. Chicken pot pie!!!!! I will leave the rest to your imagination. Supper totally spoiled for my wife and I.
I am 84 years old and have been going to Swiss Chalet almost from you started.
Save the planet, great, but you missed the boat badly here.
Still don’t have a menu. It has taken me almost an hour to make this complaint, so you can see I’m not great on a computer.
Suggested solution:
I don't know how you should resolve this complaint. That's your job, not mine. I can tell you we ate the appetizers and salvaged what we could. Our dinner became a late night snack and then bedtime. Eating before going to bed is not a good thing for old folks like us.
I still have the printed invoice but no idea how much each item we ordered cost.
