Swiss Chalet complaint: Drive-thru order messed up

My complaint:

Sunday Dec. 5th:
I ordered 2 quarter chicken dark meat dinners:
1. Order took very long to complete
2. When I got home 1 order was white meat (and the other quarter chicken was a very very small piece of leg)
3. The quarter chicken leg was actually not cooked – very red blood in the middle (which I could not eat, in case of food poisoning – so threw out the rest)
4. The potato in both meals was also not fully cooked – was hard and not edible

Very very disappointing – and I’m surprised that the order was even given out.

Suggested solution:

Make sure that (quality control) of orders are in compliance to temperature safe - to avoid any food poisoning (this could have turned out disastrous).

I would not complain if it was only 1 issue but this was bad especially with the uncooked chicken.

Resolve as you would any major complaints.
