My complaint:
Our waitress never came back to our table to see if we wanted another drink, which we would have because we had to eat our dinner without a drink and when my husband ordered ribs for the festive meal she came back a few minutes later and said they didn’t have ribs cooked and it would be two hours. The sauce came to us half full in the dish, the food was cold. The waitress didn’t even thank us for her tip or say have a nice night. She dropped the debit machine on the table and left, she never returned. It was a very disappointing meal and service we ill not be returning. Never have I felt with something like that before.
