My complaint:
I had placed an order at approximately 2 PM for pickup at 5:40 at curbside. Upon arrival at the location, I indicated my arrival at approximately 5:35. I received a text message ing my arrival and then received a further text indicating that my order would be 10 minutes late. At 6:00pm, my Oder had still not been delivered to my vehicle and I entered the takeout area to find a long line of waiting customers. I went to the front desk to voice my displeasure at the level of service and was treated rudely by a young man named Lucas.
Suggested solution:
I should receive an apology for this young man’s attitude and an indication that Uber Eats and Door Dash orders should not be prioritized over customer orders awaiting curb side pickup.
