My complaint:
I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich. If it would be anything like the one I had tonight I just might quit buying Swiss Chalet. The chicken looked like it had been cooked much earlier, the only thing crunchy was the cole slaw. The fries were limp. The whole meal was,in my mind not up to your standards. I live about 5 minutes from this outlet and everything was barely warm.
Suggested solution:
The only thing I would suggest is, would they be satisfied with the meal they produced and had to pay for it. I don’t think so!
