My complaint:
Placed an online order for pick up Monday, March 27th around 7:30 p.m. We waited half an hour to get what was ordered. It was not an issue as the chicken was just put in the oven. What was an issue is the 2 buns were as hard as rock and the salad was the core ends of the lettuce and was brownish.
We on another occasion got a baked potato that was so burnt it was black.
I get that these are very difficult times with supply issues and expenses. But, we paid for the order and could not eat a good portion of it.
Suggested solution:
The Manager of this store needs to be spoken to. Things happen but do not give a customer food that is not edible. Customers are at disadvantage when it’s a pick up order. The likely are not wanting to take it back to the store.
