My complaint:
I ordered quarter chicken with mashed potatoes Saturday Feb 18…. It arrived in due time. The chicken was sitting on this “cardboard” box the 2 blops of mashed potatoes were tossed in the corner soaking into the cardboard! MOST unappetizing to put it mildly… unsanitary absolutely. I understand getting away from plastics but at least line this ugly looking cardboard with something sanitary! I coould not enjoy my 30$ dinner for an 85 yr old great grandmother…

Acknowledge receipt of my letter, discuss an alternative to this soggy wet cardboard box, and refund my $30 dinner.
