My complaint:

Went into the Swiss Chalet Wanted to surprise my Husband. It was way to hot to cook anything, so I went to walk in .
First hand I gave the fellow a coupon I received in the mail 2 can eat for 19.99. Didn’t get asked if I have a scene card, second I never got my
chives sour cream. Didn’t receive napkins or cutlery. I ordered a side of BBQ half Ribs, in the take out menu said they were 20.99
when I spoke with the Manager he said oh that’s an old flyer, that shouldn’t matter he should have given them to me for that price.
Whatever happened to Customers are always right. He wasn’t friendly about it.

Suggested solution:

Well always make sure that the menu is up to date, so other Customers don\'t run into this problems.
Also if you ask for cutlery and napkins you should receive them.
My 14 chicken didn\'t even taste that good.
No matter what they should always ask you if you have a scene card they do at the window.
