Swiss Chalet complaint: Forgot my drinks

My complaint:

I went to the Swiss Chalet on green lane in Newmarket East Gwillimbury location.
I order a chicken sandwich (white) combo, included a drink, along with a 14 chicken (white) combo with a drink. I had a CAA card that I was able to apply towards my meal.
The young lady was adding in my drinks, when a manager came out to swipe my CAA card. She stated you don’t need to add drinks as they are included on the combo.
The register and the menu are beside each other.
I left with my meals, not realizing I didn’t have my drinks.
Went home near the other side of Newmarket as I notice no drinks.
Drove back in my car, using more gas, and my food was cold.
The young lady said, sorry that’s about it. No respect, careless attitude.
I was there July 15, 2022 at 615-630 pm.
I also find the sauce is getting more and more spicy. It was never like this.
If you want spicy, create two sauces. Some of us don’t like spicy nor can handle it.

Suggested solution:

With the careless attitude today of some people I think since I go there to get my meal and I had to go back as something was missing. I should have a coupon.
Remember I employ you. If, I didn't eat there you wouldn't have a Swiss Chalet. What has happen this used to be a really good place to eat.
No care for the customer's anymore.
Considering I had to drive back in order to get my drinks as I did pay for them. Plus, my food was cold.
