My complaint:
I went to Swiss Chalet Tillsonburg, Ont today Nov 14, 2020 at 12:30 with a friend . We waited at the Wait to be seated desk for over 15 minutes and no one even acknowledged we were there. We left and went to a near by Grocery Store and returned at 2:00 Same thing – waited for 10 minutes no one came to seat us, even though there was only one table in use.
We left and went to a local diner where we were served with a friendly waitress and quick food service.
Suggested solution:
A couple of free lunches would be nice. Also add more staff. Only one waitress there.
