My complaint:

I called this number 416-438-3223 On December 2nd at 6:00 PM. I could not hear the person on the other end trying to take my order. If we spoke 12 words i would get every 2nd word. OMG So frustrating. I think she was taking my order on a computer line. It kept breaking in and out. I have no idea if she got the order right or got my visa but do know I will never call that number again. This was a first in many ways. I never ever complain but I am so upset I had to reach out. Why are you taking orders on a computer line for a voice call. They never work the best of time. What a turn-off. I got so upset trying to hear and understand what did make through in this voice call that I was overwhelmed and never had the chance to tell her to add a tip for the driver. Another first for me!

Suggested solution:

Contact me with an explanation of why you are using a computer line that makes ordering a simple dish so exhausting. Not the way to do business. If it was a bad cell connection then she should have called me back on another line. This is so crazy for a company of your size and the reputation will only go down. Enough said. I think you get my frustration!
