My complaint:
Today we purchased food for st.thomas restaurant, our order was set to be delivered by 6.57pm and was ordered 50 minutes before that (6:00pm) they called at 6:57 saying that they will be another 15-20 mintues, okay no problem. Well currently it is 7:47pm and they are late by 50 mintues and that’s not including the 20 minutes I waited for. They still have not delivered. Very mad. Unhappy customer.
Suggested solution:
Free meals or anything, your service is horrible. I rather get free meals out of it that why it isnt a waste of my money or time.
