My complaint:
Because of the co vid 19 the pick up area was really busy,,I lined up 15 minutes for someone to tell me it was a 40 minute wait..someone should be there telling people how long the wait was ..needless to say I couldn,t wait..
Suggested solution:
Have someone telling people how long the wait was going to be
