My complaint:

I have been debating about complaining but I have decided to do it on mother’s for more than 30 years we have been loyal customers without any complaints and every mother’s has been a tradition in our house to have our dinner inthat day at Swiss chalet but because of the covid 19 u can only order on app or online or by drive thru and takeout or delivery but this mother’s day your app was down tried for ours to call in an order which was a constant busy signal so decided to wait in line for takeout after 12 an hour of waiting in a line I’m told by an employee that u had to call in an order in the morning for takeout so decide after being quite upset with this we go thru the drive thru girl employee stops us asks if we’re picking up said placing an order threw drive they she said no it’s clised must fall in or have delivery I told I e tried that all day with problems constantly she apologized but my mother’d day and the others with us to celebrate the day which would of been a huge sales for u wrre all disappointed for the first in 30 years I think this should of been said or even a notice up on the door saying u needed to call in an order that morning I’m not a happy customer

Well I would expect better service due to this
