My complaint:
I bought a 14 chicken combo and was charged extra for the soft drink.
your menu an the wall shows that the soft drink is included. I spoke to the
salesperson behind the counter and he told me that the drink was no
longer included. Rather than have an argument I decided to complain to you. I made this complaint through complain.biz. By the way I love your chicken.
Suggested solution:
They should have respected the way it is advertized.
