My complaint:
I have always liked my food from Swiss Chalet, that is until this evening. I got a takeout chicken wrap. I do not like the fact that you can not get just the wrap without a side, which I don’t want. They did not have the side salad to choose this evening, so my partner got me fries. The fries were cold and terrible and the wrap was also not good either.
So to recap, cold fries, a side that I didn’t want but still have to pay for, a side salad that you could not provide even though it was only 6:30 in the evening, not late night, and in general very unsatisfactory food.
I would expect that during the Covid 19 pandemic, when businesses are trying to get people still coming to their establishments, that you might just try a little harder to satisfy your customers. You won’t see my business again.
Suggested solution:
Fresher food, hot food, offering a wrap only so that you don't have to pay for sides that you don't want, and making sure that they have their full menu available during prime business hours.
