My complaint:
My husband andI had a horrible lunch. Service was painfully slow.Fries were inedible hard and cold .Bun was rock hard. Chicken tasteless and cold not what I expect from Swiss Chalet. For 42.11 without tip totally not worth it.The waitress was very nice and doing her best. Two ladies beside off still did not have their food when we were ready to leave They had arrived very soon after us. I was very disappointed and angry. We have always enjoyed Swiss Chalet . I will not be returning any time soon if ever,
Suggested solution:
We did not complain to the waitress at the time since she appeared overwhelmed. We left most of our food so it was obvious it was not suitable or edible. We are retired and on a fixed income and throwing away 50.00 on lunch is not something we do. I would like a refund and some assurance that the service and quality of the food is what we are used to. We have gone to this Restaurant many times and this is the absolutely the worst
