My complaint:
On Friday November 25 the waitress was rude, my husband and sister in law ordered the leg meal. The leg was not cooked, told the waitress and she told him it was heat tested and took it but it came back not much better. My sister in law told her too after, waitress said why didn’t you tell me when I took his, she told her she hadn’t started to eat it then. Ordered spring rolls and they were burnt.
Seniors we’re waiting outside in the rain and wouldn’t let them in until on the dot of 12:00
We have been customers to Swiss chalet for over 40 years and never had a bad meal until now in Orillia.
