My complaint:
On Tuesday, April 1st I met a friend that I haven’t seen for a while. It was around 5 p.m. Our waitress was very nice. We ordered our meal and while we were waiting there was an awful fight happening in the kitchen between the employees. It went on for a good 20 min. a man employee was yelling at a female employee. It escalated and we were both very scared. We were about to leave but it then ended. I wasn’t going to say anything however, I still think about it. I go over and over it. I wish I had called the police or I should have left. It has left a terrifying experience in my mind especially during these difficult times we live in. You just don’t know what can happen any more. Please speak with your staff or check up on the morale of the staff in your stores cause it will reflect on the customers.

The executives at head office should make sure the employees are happy or do spot checks on their locations.
I don't think I will ever return. Especially NOT at that location.
