My complaint:
I’m from Toronto where I have been a long time customer, ordering at least 3 times a week. I’ve moved to Dartmouth Nova Scotia a year ago: the 3 times I have ordered, twice receiving no chalet sauce for an order of family pack. No rolls and wrong sides. The last time I made sure we checked the order before paying the driver and of course, no sauce. Sent it back, spoke to Gabby (the manager) she sent us a whole new order however, we love Swiss chalet and are gun shy about ordering again. Can you do something with this location??? I have spoken to others who have had similar issues, what a shame
