My complaint:
We had tickets booked for June 2023, due unforeseen circumstances we could not make these flights and wanted to change the dates to October 2023. 4 months is sufficient enough to re-sell these tickets. I clicked refund by mistake and Swiss Air is refusing to change the dates to October and are only paying out for Airport Taxes. i cannot afford to lose these business class tickets as they cost over R150 000.00. I do not want the refund but need the tickets to be reinstated for October 2023. This is off peak season so Swiss Air will not be losing any money. The flights are even cheaper during this period. I urgently need this to be addressed by management as service consultants do not want to assist and keep telling me there is nothing more, they can do for me. Which is nonsense. I have heard of them assisting a passenger before with the same problem, and I was told that yesterday by one of the Swiss Air consultants yesterday when I went to the airport.
They are just refusing to assist!
Suggested solution:
By reinstating my flight tickets for October 2023.
