My complaint:
Baggage was delayed from Geneva to Marrakech . Baggage was sent to Lisbon for 4 days and we had to pick up the baggage 4 days after at the airport.
Suggested solution:
we feel we had to buy almost 1000 dollars worth of clothing for 3 parties at a 5 star hotel in marrakech. We should be compensated
