My complaint:
In March I placed two orders with Suttons, totalling in excess if £100.
Whilst I realise it has been an extraordinary year for many people and companies, this should not detract from the service offered and paid for. Most of the plants arrived damaged, and most of the seeds failed germinate. My complaints, via their site, so I have no record, have been ignored. My complaint via email, 19th June, has been ignored. I could walk away and never use them again, but having been a customer service manager for a multinational for 23 years, I realise the value of all feedback.

COMMUNICATE with me! It is so simple! I have sent photos, so will not complete the next section, because nothing happens.
