My complaint:
I made an order in February of seeds and melon plants. The seeds arrived but the melons did not. I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails but these have been ignored. I paid £9.99 for the melons and £4.99 for postage. The postage for the seeds would have ben free if I had not ordered them melons.
Suggested solution:
Compensatin of £9.99 and £4.99
